SHIPPING POLICY
EDGETRACK — Shopify Products Importer

1. Digital delivery (no physical shipping)
Shopify Products Importer is a digital software product. There is no physical item and therefore no physical shipping, courier, COD, or delivery fees. Nothing is mailed to you.

2. How your order is delivered
- After payment is confirmed, your download link and license are delivered instantly by email.
- The email is sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
- The download link lets you install the app on Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit).

3. Delivery time
Delivery is instant and automated in almost all cases. In rare cases it may take a few minutes while the payment is being verified by the payment gateway.

4. If you do not receive the email
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us and we will re-send your download link:

5. What you receive
- The installer file (.exe) for Shopify Products Importer.
- Instructions to install and run the app.
- Support if you need help getting started.

6. System requirements
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit).
- The installer automatically installs the required WebView2 runtime if it is not already present.
