EDGETRACK LTD ("we", "our", "us") operates this store and sells the Shopify Products Importer — a Windows desktop application that converts any Shopify store's public product catalog into a Shopify-ready CSV file.
2. Information we collect
When you purchase or contact us we may collect:
- Your name and email address (to deliver your download link and license).
- Payment information — processed securely by our payment gateway (for example Safepay, PayPro or Payoneer). We never see or store your full card details on our servers.
- Basic technical information your browser sends (IP address, device and browser type) when you visit our store.
3. How we use your information
We use your information only to:
- Process your order and deliver the app download / license.
- Respond to your questions and provide support.
- Send you important product updates (only with your consent).
- Prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
4. What the app itself does
Shopify Products Importer runs locally on your own Windows computer. It reads only publicly available product data from store URLs that you paste into it. The app does not collect, transmit or store your personal data or your files to our servers. Your exported CSV files remain on your own computer at all times.
