TERMS OF SERVICE
EDGETRACK LTD — Shopify Products Importer

1. Product and license
- Shopify Products Importer is a Windows 10/11 (64-bit) desktop application sold as a one-time purchase.
- Your purchase gives you a lifetime, non-exclusive license to install and use the app for yourself or your business.
- You may not resell, redistribute, rent or share the app, your license or your download link with anyone else.

2. Digital delivery
- After payment is confirmed you receive a download link by email (instant digital delivery).
- It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address. If you do not receive the link, contact us via the Contact page and we will re-send it.

3. What the app does
- The app reads publicly available product data from Shopify store URLs that you enter and exports a CSV file in Shopify's official import format.
- The app runs locally on your computer. We are not responsible for how you use the exported data. You must respect the intellectual property and terms of the stores whose data you export.

4. Payments and refunds
- Payment is processed by our payment gateway (Safepay / PayPro / Payoneer or similar).
- Because this is an instantly delivered digital product, all sales are final. If the app does not run on a supported Windows version, contact us first and we will help you or fix the issue.

5. No warranty / liability
- The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it is error-free or that it works with every store or operating system.
- Our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.

6. Updates and support
- We may release updates and improvements. Support is provided via the Contact page.

7. Acceptable use
- Do not use the app for anything unlawful, or to infringe the rights of third parties.

8. Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business. Any dispute will be resolved amicably first.

9. Changes
- We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always on this page.
