At EDGETRACK LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your summer gear. If your tracksuit isn't the perfect fit or style for your summer adventures, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your tracksuit must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Tags & Packaging: All original tags must be attached, and the item should be in its original packaging.

  • Hygiene: For health and safety reasons, items showing signs of wear, sweat, or scent (perfume/detergent) will not be accepted.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. The Return Process

  1. Request: Email us with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at [livens5ltd@gmail.com] so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or size.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Bank Processing: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or "Clearance" event.

  • Gift cards.
